1. What’s my order status?

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

See our shipping chart for estimated delivery times. As you make your order please see the special inventory considerations on each product page to see if the item will not ship until a later date.

3. How do I return an item I bought at AVP Style?

We take returns of any products purchased online within 30 days of purchase. We do not take returns for items purchased onsite at AVP tour stop destinations. To return items you have purchased from AVPstyle.com please download, print and complete all the information on our Return Form and send us back the product by mail. Please complete the RETURN FORM within 30 days of receipt for all products purchased from AVP Style. We will issue a full refund for the product plus applicable taxes. Shipping costs are not refunded unless an error was made on the order by AVP Style. Please enclose a copy of the packing slip and return form with the return. If you need assistance please contact our customer service department. Enclose a copy of the packing slip and the return form with your item. (If you do not have a copy of the packing slip please notify Customer Service by completing this form. Please send your package addressed to : AVP Style Attn: Returns 840 Apollo St. Suite 100, El Segundo, CA 90245.  Please send back your product and via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Refunds are issued to the original card used to make the purchase.

4. How do I return an item I bought on-site at an AVP tour stop event?

All AVP Style purchases made at an AVP tour stop or other events are non-returnable and considered final sale.

5. Where do I send my return after filling out the Return Form?

After completing the RETURN FORM, please send all returns to: AVP Style Attn: Returns 840 Apollo St. Suite 100, El Segundo, CA 90245

6. Can I change or cancel my order?

After you place an order on the AVP Style website one of our representatives may or may not be able to cancel your order. Please contact http://www.avpstyle.com/pages/contactus for more information.

7. Where is my AVP Style order?

Please complete our contact us form and include your order number if you have any questions on the shipping of your order. Select the “Order Status” choice on the inquiry type dropdown.

8. How long will it take for my Return to process?

Please send all returns via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.Once we have received your package at out fulfillment center please allow us 3-5 business days to get your return processed.
